Operation with folders includes creation, review, edit, and saving of changes on the disk. Icon
serves the function of controlling the process of operation. It appears on the status bar when any changes to bookmark collection have been made, and scrolls away when changes have been saved.
To add a new folder to the bookmark collection select Action | Add | Add new folder from the main menu, or press Alt+Ins. In the displayed dialog box enter a folder name, and, if necessary, its properties and password. The new folder will be created and displayed on the selected collection panel. At the same time, the
icon will be displayed on the status bar panel. It is an indicator of unsaved changes to collection on the disk.
Command Cut erases the selected folder and places it on the clipboard. To perform command Cut select Edit | Cut from the main menu, or press Ctrl+X.
Command Copy puts selected folders on the clipboard. To perform command Copy, select Edit | Copy from the main menu, or press Ctrl+C.
Command Copy to copies selected folders from one folder to another. To perform command Copy, select the Action | Copy to command from the main menu, or press F5.
Command Paste puts folder from the clipboard on the selected folder. To perform command Paste, select Edit | Paste from the main menu, or press Ctrl+V.
Command Move to relocates the selected folder from one folder to another. To perform command Move to, select Action | Move to from the main menu, or press F6.
Command Delete erases the selected folder from bookmark collection. To perform command Delete, select Action | Delete from the main menu, or press Del
To rename a folder, select Action | Rename command from the main menu, or press F2.
To display the dialog box Properties, select the Action | Properties command of the main menu, or press Alt+Enter.
To display the dialog box Security, select Action | Properties command of the main menu, or right-click on the selected folder, or press Alt+Enter and then select Security tab.
If several folders have the same password you can input the password just once and get the access to all folders simultaneously. To do that choose File | Enter password command of the main menu.
To restore a password access mode to all "password cleared" folders, select File | Lock protected folders command of the main menu, or press Ctrlt+F12.
The most often used commands for the work with folders are grouped in the context menu. To activate context menu, right-click on the selected folder.

Using the link Commander provides many methods of opening bookmarks from the Main box or child box.
bookmarks can be opened using the following operations:
Double left-click on the selected bookmark. The default browser will open that link
Right-click on the selected bookmark. Select the Action | Open with command of the main menu and then select needed browser from the displayed list
Select command Action | Open with of the main menu and then select needed browser from the displayed list
Left-click on the
left side of the button in the tool bar. The bookmark will be opened by the default browser
Left-click on the
right side of the button in the tool bar. Then select the needed browser from the displayed list
To add a link (bookmark) to the bookmark collection, manually select Action | Add | Add new links… from the main menu, or press the Ins key. In displayed dialog box, enter the bookmark name, and, if necessary, its properties. The new bookmark will be created and displayed on the selected collection panel.
To add an open link from the browsers to the bookmark collection please use the following methods:
Drag link from the browser to a drop trap, holding pressed left mouse button on the link
Select necessary link from the popup menu opened by Action | Add from the main menu
Left-click on the
right part of the button of the tool bar and select link from the popup menu
Select command Tool | Supervisor. Within displayed dialog box select a tab Active links, and drag link from the list into the drop trap, or to the
collection panel by pressing and holding left mouse button or left-click on the button on the tool bar
Note: Supervisor is currently available in Standard Edition only.
To add a link that is on the clipboard, or was on there before, do the following:
Select Action | Add from the main menu and then select a link from the popup menu marked
Select command Tool | Supervisor. Within displayed dialog box select tab Clipboard history and drag links from the list into the drop trap, or to the collection panel, by pressing and holding left mouse button on the link. Or, in the same box, click on a
button
Note: Supervisor is currently available in Standard Edition only.
Collection Favorites is displayed not in the collection panel, like the others, but in a separate window that can be opened by:

In addition to primary window functions in the Favorites box, you can:
Move links up and down along the list. To do that, select command Action | Move up / Action | Move down, or press Shift+Ctrl+Up / Shift+Ctrl+Down, or left-click on

Sort lists in ascending or descending alphabetical order. To do that, select command Action | Sort by name ascending / Action | Sort by name descending, or press Ctrl+A / Ctrl+D, or left-click on

Command Move to relocates selected bookmarks from one folder to another. To perform the command Move to, select the Action | Move to command from the main menu, or press F6, or drag it with the mouse.
Command Delete erases selected bookmarks from the collection. To perform the command Delete, select the Action | Delete command from the main menu or press Del.
To rename a bookmark, select the Action | Rename command from the main menu, or press F2. After that, enter a new bookmark name in the dialog box.
Command Copy link address is used to operate only with one bookmark feature - with the web-page address. To copy link address select Edit | Copy link address command from the main menu. Copied address will be written on the clipboard.
To verify links, select the link(s) and then select Action | Verify link(s) command from the main menu. To abolish verified links select the Action | Stop verification command from the main menu
link Commander supports the bookmark import from the Internet Explorer Favorites, Netscape bookmarks, Opera bookmarks, Firefox bookmarks, Mozilla bookmarks, NetCaptor Groups, and HTML-documents.
To import bookmarks, select the command File | Import from the main menu, and then one of the referred external formats. Within the displayed dialog box, point out the directions to the imported and generated bookmark collections. Properties of import can be determined by the indicators:
Don't create root folder
Don't import empty folders
Don't import duplicates
link Commander supports the bookmark export from bookmark collections to the Internet Explorer Favorites, Netscape bookmarks, Firefox bookmarks, Opera bookmarks, Mozilla bookmarks, NetCaptor Group, and HTML-documents.
To export bookmarks, select the command File | Export from the main menu, and then one of the referred external formats. On the displayed dialog box, point out how the bookmark export can be done. Properties of export can be determined by indicators:
Don't create root folder
Don't import empty folders
Don't import duplicates
To display the dialog box Properties, select the Action | Properties command of the main menu, or press Alt+Enter.
Context Menu is a place where the most frequently used commands for operation with bookmark are grouped. To display Context Menu please right-click on the selected bookmark.
